WHAT DO YOU OFFER IN YOUR TRUE FITNESS STUDIO?

If you are local to the WF5 postcode, I have a wonderful private ladies only Fitness Studio to meet all your training needs. 
This is also perfect for ladies who aren’t wanting the commercial gym environment. I offer a bespoke, personalised service, where you will feel comfortable, but motivated to work hard! You can come on your own, or be part of a small group, or join in a class! 
I have an extensive range of equipment, consisting of various weights, kettlebells, multi-gym, squat rack, treadmill, punch bag and much more! My Fitness Studio is fully equipped for all levels of fitness, and I am able to offer all types of workouts which I love. 
The workouts I offer range from resistance/weight training, HIIT workouts, circuit/conditioning and interval training, fitcamp, group training, and more - there really is something for everyone! I will be offering 1-1 sessions, 2-1, group sessions, as well as introducing some classes! 
You can pick and mix what suits you, your budget and your goals. It’s also the perfect opportunity to take some time out for yourself, feel empowered, train hard, but know I’m always here for a good chat and giggle, and to listen too. 

WILL THE EXERCISE BE TOO HARD/UNENJOYABLE?

No! I am all about falling in love with the process, and I believe the only way to stay consistent is if you actually enjoy what you are doing. All of the workouts I provide in the Studio are individually designed, and they will be aimed at your own ability, meaning they will start off at a level you are comfortable with, and from which you can safely progress. 

WILL YOU PUT ME ON A STRICT DIET/STOP ME DRINKING?

No! True Fitness is all about living a balanced, sustainable lifestyle that's enjoyable, healthy and manageable. No food is off limits, and I will help guide you to your goals, giving you the tools and knowledge to last a lifetime. 

AM I TOO UNFIT TO HAVE A COACH/TRAINER?

Without a doubt, No! The whole idea of a Personal Trainer and Nutritional/Lifestyle Coach is to help you with your own individual and specific fitness goals. This means, people of all ages, abilities and weights, shapes and sizes will benefit from having the right Personal Trainer, and the workouts will be designed specifically to your health and fitness level. Above all I am someone who cares, someone who can relate, and I will treat you with respect. I will help you in all areas mentally and physically to reach your true potential!
