CONSULTATION

Let’s get started!We will have an initial chat via phone/email/message, and if you’d like to join True Fitness, I’ll pop over a short health and lifestyle consultation form for you to fill in. 
This will tell me more about you and will enable me to keep things personalised to you! I’ll send you a Starter Pack that I’ve created to help you with tracking calories, your exercise, and some useful tips and information.

NUTRITIONAL PLAN


If needed, I will work out your in daily/weekly calorie goal, as well as protein, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or if you just want to work on having a general healthy balance when it comes to nutrition. 

There will be no strict meal plans, and no food is off limits - all you need to remember is to count what needs to be counted, and be willing to make the small changes needed to your eating habits, to help reach your TRUE potential! 


My passion is to help educate, so within your sessions we can discuss your nutrition and any guidance you need so that you have the knowledge, and tools for the rest of your life!

WEEKLY CHECK IN

In the Studio, we can discuss your goals and keep a record of all your progress. I can track your weekly/monthly weight, measurements, and take progress photos, whatever you prefer. 

You can alternatively keep a track of this yourself at home.

All Studio ladies can have their Calorie & Protein calculations provided by myself if required, and this will help accompany your fitness goals further! 

If you have a fitness tracker we can discuss a manageable step goal, and any other exercise you are able to do in between our sessions.

FOOD & RECIPE IDEAS

To keep your meals interesting, I have uploaded various meal ideas ranging from breakfast, lunch and dinner via the Facebook Support Group which you can be added to if needed. This will help with snacks, protein sources, grab and go foods, low calorie and volume eating ideas! All the yummy foods with no restrictions, just working towards your goals.
